This story is a fusion of the Tulare International Farm show and The Wizard of Oz. curioushart.blogspot.com

This story made me smile. I could feel Carl's excitement.

You have a curious imagination, Sharon. Very cute story. I look forward to see what you bring each week. Sadly, I missed this one this week. A little too late now.

Here's mine. I was inspired by a news story I heard about a year ago. It was about a guy who had flown his drone, but didn't know how to get it back and it took off on him. https://sandrajjackson.wordpress.com/2016/08/03/writerly-wednesday-tough-lesson-to-learn/

A cute story, Sandra. I've heard of this happening before. We had one over the water here and we thought if they lose it, it's going down never to be found. Thanks for sharing.

When all else fails... read the instructions. Funny and a nice use of the prompt.

Oh, that is too bad. Perhaps if others read your story, they'll learn to "READ THE INSTRUCTIONS" first.

I found the story nicely constructed within the parameters. Your use of dialogue allows readers to fill in the gaps beyond the 150 word limit.
